SSCC self-performed 98% of the work subcontracted from USACE/ECCI for this contract. SSCC participated in the design revision and provided value engineering due to the changed site conditions in order to optimize design and reduce cost. SSCC provided all materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for civil/structural, architectural, finishing, electro/mechanical, power generation and all site utilities and exterior activities.
