SSCC provided value engineering due to the changed site conditions in order to optimize design and reduce cost. SSCC furnished all materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for Structural & Architectural Finishing, Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, Power Plant Bldg. & MV and Step-down Transformers Connections, Elevators, Structural Glazing, Addressable Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems, Lightening Protection System, Roof Waterproofing, Site Utilities, Sewer/Water Supply/Electrical Networks, Lifting Stations, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Drainage Pits, Pumping Stations with Force Main & Landscaping.
