SSCC self-performed 100% of the work subcontracted from AFCEC/GILBANE for this contract. SSCC furnished materials, labor and equipment to complete all works for structural & architectural finishing, electro-mechanical, HVAC, fire alarm and firefighting systems, lightening protection system, roof waterproofing, site utilities, water/sewer/electrical networks and systems, drainage pits, roads and parking areas, demolition of three large double story buildings approximately 12000 sq. meters.
