SSCC (Sabawoon Saleem Construction Company) was established in the year 2005 by an Afghan businessman Mr. Mohammad Naim Karimi who at that time was a contractor with some of the renowned local and international construction companies supplying various construction materials. Mr. Karimi was later joined by a foreign national architectural engineer who had tremendous experience working with a number of multinational construction service providers internationally throughout the middle east and in Afghanistan. The duo aimed to transform SSCC into a world class provider of full spectrum construction services.

Joining together their strengths, knowledge and experience and further engaging highly experienced and learned professionals to the team, both these gentlemen developed SSCC with the aim and objective to excel to the higher most levels of excellence in the construction sector in the country by adhering to the best industry practices and delivering to the clients’ needs in the most productive, efficient and effective manner achieving the best value for their money.

SSCC has successfully delivered projects all throughout Afghanistan including some tough security locations. Our projects have included vertical and linear construction, design services, design-build projects, architectural, mechanical and electrical installations, Fuel System installations, industrial level water purifications systems, power generators, and distribution systems and security systems. Throughout the years of its existence, SSCC has mainly worked with and was able to win a number of awards from international contractors working for the US Government. Our work quality has been able to satisfy USACE standards.
